At Midaero we believe that Aerospace, Defence and Space are the most exciting industries in the world, and beyond.

Our purpose is to provide affordable, uncomplicated support to small businesses who want to enter or improve in these sectors. Our vision is to create a localised supply base that is globally competitive and offers all the choice that any OEM or Prime could wish for.

We have developed cost-effective, breakthrough technology to help new market entrants to prepare for AS9100 certification, and established businesses to gain improvement support.

Our self-serve platform is available on any web-enabled device and provides excellent standardised and repeatable support, minimising costs and revolutionising the way that businesses use data to improve their ‘organisational awareness’ and make better decisions.

Expert business support doesn’t need to be expensive. Why should we have to spend tens of thousands of pounds on such fundamental and transformational knowledge? At a time when we need help, we shouldn’t need to worry about the cost.

Business support needs to be flexible and convenient. It should adapt to your daily routine, not the other way around. Support should fit into your daily routine, not dictate it.

You should be learning from those who’ve been there, done that. Experience beats theory every time. Surely it makes sense, therefore, that your teachers have real-world, relatable experience, from senior and academic leadership position within the Aerospace Industry.

Improvement needs to be efficient. Why do we want to learn to be effective and efficient in an inefficient and ineffective way? It’s scientifically proven that your attention disconnects after a certain point. So, why not learn and improve in small doses?

Knowledge needs to be up to date. The world has never been so unpredictable, and rapidly changing. You need an improvement system that constantly updates with changes to market needs.

Solutions need to be tailored to your problems. Just because a programme of improvement or implementation is successful for someone else, doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. You need individualised support.

You need to be able to repeat success. Consultancy is a great way of getting things done once, but what about if you need to do it again. You shouldn’t need to pay for the same advice twice. You need dependency.
